QuickQRC Terms of Use

Last updated and effective: 16 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Quick Espirt, the company behind QuickQRC. They cover the free generator and tools, and the optional QuickQRC Pro plans. The summary below is the short version; the numbered sections are the binding text.

The short version

QuickQRC
The Short Version · No. 0001
Static codes Yours, free
Codes from the free generator are made in your browser. You can use them for anything lawful, commercially too, with no credit to us and no expiry.
Pro plans Renew until cancelled
Paid plans are billed by Paddle and renew automatically. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Printed dynamic codes Keep working
If you cancel or downgrade, dynamic codes you already created keep redirecting. They stop only if you delete them, set them to expire, or we remove them for breaking these terms.
Misuse Not allowed
No phishing, malware, scams, illegal content or spam. We can disable codes and pages that point people to harm.
Test before printing Your check
The service is provided as is. Scan a proof on a few phones before a print run; we can't pay for reprints.

1. Who we are and this agreement

QuickQRC (quickqrc.com) is operated by Quick Espirt, a business based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using the website, the free tools, a QuickQRC Pro account or the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you use QuickQRC for a company or other organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" then means that organisation as well as you.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle and why. It forms part of this agreement.

2. The services

Free generator and tools. The static QR code generator, scanner, decoder, bulk generator and the other free tools run in your browser. They need no account. What you type into them is not sent to us.

QuickQRC Pro. An optional account that adds dynamic QR codes (a short link on our server that you can repoint after printing), hosted pages built with the wizards, file uploads, scan statistics, folders, team members, single sign-on and API access. What each plan includes, including limits on codes, scans, storage and seats, is shown on the pricing page.

We keep improving QuickQRC, so features may be added, changed or retired. If we remove a paid feature you rely on during a period you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and you may cancel.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to open an account.
  • Give accurate details, including a working email address, and keep them up to date. We use that address for verification, security and billing notices.
  • Keep your password and any API keys private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
  • A team account's owners and admins decide who joins, what members can do and when they are removed, and are responsible for their members' use of the account.
  • Tell us straight away through the contact page if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
  • One person per login. Do not share a login to get around seat limits.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Who you pay. Our payment partner Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates) sells paid plans as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, collects and pays sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Prices and tax. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. If the price of your plan is going to change, we or Paddle will email you before the renewal it affects, so you can cancel first.

Changing plan. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Account page of your dashboard. Paddle works out any proration and shows it before you confirm.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for a period. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan (see section 5).

Cancellation. Cancel any time from the Account page of your dashboard. You keep the paid features until the end of the period already paid for, then the account moves to Free. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Refunds. Renewal charges and part-used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, such as a duplicate payment or a renewal you meant to cancel and did not use, contact us within 14 days and we will review it with Paddle.

Consumers in the EU and UK. If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase under Paddle's buyer terms. Because a plan is a digital service that starts as soon as you ask for it, you agree at checkout that it begins straight away; if you withdraw within the 14 days, you may be charged for the part of the service already provided, as the law allows.

5. Your codes when a plan ends

We do not hold printed codes hostage. When a paid plan is cancelled, lapses or is downgraded:

  • Dynamic QR codes and hosted pages you already created keep working.
  • Features your new plan does not include stop being available in the dashboard, and you cannot create new codes, uploads or seats beyond the new plan's limits. Nothing already over the limit is deleted.
  • Scans of codes on the Free plan may show a short countdown screen with an advertisement before continuing, as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid plans skip it.
  • Static codes from the free generator never depend on QuickQRC at all; they work whether or not you have an account.

A dynamic code stops working only if you delete it or your account, set it to expire or give it a scan limit, or if we disable it under section 6 or 14.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use QuickQRC, or any QR code, short link or hosted page made with it, to:

  • phish, steal passwords or payment details, or impersonate another person, brand or organisation;
  • spread malware, or link to sites or files that try to harm a device;
  • run scams, fake offers, fraudulent payment requests or pyramid schemes;
  • share content that is illegal where you or your audience are, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that incites violence or hatred against people for who they are;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or publish someone's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • hide where a code really leads in order to deceive the person scanning it;
  • probe, overload or attack our systems, get around plan limits, security or access controls, or use bots to create accounts or codes in bulk outside the API;
  • resell or relabel the Pro service as your own without a written agreement with us.

What we may do. We may look into codes, pages and files that are reported or flagged. If we reasonably believe something breaks these terms or the law, or puts people scanning it at risk, we may disable that code or page (scanners then see a notice instead of the destination), remove the file, or suspend the account. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Reporting. If a QuickQRC code or page led you somewhere harmful, or uses your work without permission, report it through the contact page with the short link or page address.

7. Your content

You keep ownership. Destinations, text, images, logos, PDFs, audio and other material you add ("your content") stay yours.

Permission you give us. You allow us to store, copy, resize, convert and display your content only as needed to run the service for you: serving your codes and hosted pages to people who scan them, showing them in your dashboard, and keeping backups. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups that are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it, and the places your codes send people, follow the law and section 6. We do not check content before it goes live.

Data you collect. If you collect information from people, for example through a feedback page or by adding your own analytics or pixel to a code, you decide what is collected and why. You must give them any privacy notice and get any consent the law requires. For that data we act on your instructions as your service provider.

8. Our software and your licence

The QuickQRC website, software, designs, templates, written guides and brand belong to Quick Espirt or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. It ends if these terms end.

Codes you generate are yours to use. You can print, sell or publish QR codes and images you create with QuickQRC, commercially or not, without crediting us.

You may not copy, rebuild or decompile our software, remove our notices, scrape the site in bulk, or use the service to build a competing QR code product.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Other names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and do not mean those owners endorse QuickQRC.

9. API

Plans that include API access let you create keys in the dashboard. Treat each key like a password; anything done with a key counts as done by your account. Use of the API must stay within your plan's request limits and the API documentation.

We may throttle or revoke a key that is leaked, abused or overloading the service. We will try to give notice before making changes that break existing API calls, but we may change or retire endpoints.

10. Third-party services

QuickQRC works with other providers, such as Paddle for payments, Google, Microsoft or your company's identity provider for sign-in, our email provider, and ad networks on Free-plan scan screens. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. Codes and pages often send people to third-party websites and apps; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep QuickQRC accurate, secure and online, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we exclude implied warranties.

Whether a printed code scans depends on things outside our control: size, contrast, colours, logo placement, print quality, surface and the scanning app. Always test a proof on several phones before a print run. Statistics are estimates and can differ from other analytics tools.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, business or goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or the cost of reprinting materials.
  • Our total liability for all claims about the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in those 12 months or US$50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Indemnity

If you use QuickQRC for business, you will cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, of any third-party claim that arises from your content, the destinations of your codes, or your breach of these terms or the law. We will tell you promptly about such a claim and let you take part in handling it. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.

14. Suspension and termination

By you. You can stop using the free tools whenever you like. You can delete a Pro account from settings; cancel any paid plan first. Deleting the account removes your codes, pages and uploads, and printed dynamic codes stop resolving.

By us. We may suspend or close an account, or disable individual codes and pages, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect people who scan codes or the security of the service. Except in urgent or unlawful cases, we will give notice first. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Sections 7 to 13, 15 and 17 continue to apply after this agreement ends.

15. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either side may take it further.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects Pro users, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; continuing to use the service after the date means you accept the new terms.

17. General

  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you (for example for an Enterprise plan), which then takes priority where it differs.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over QuickQRC, and will tell you if that happens.
  • Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as outages at hosting or network providers, natural disasters or government action. This does not excuse payment.
  • We may send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the dashboard. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms, billing problems, or a code or page that should be taken down: send us a message and include your account email or the short link involved.
