// Why QuickQRC

QR Code Generator Features

QuickQRC makes static QR codes for free: no trial that runs out after 14 days, no watermark, no account. Everything below is included in the free generator. If you need a code you can edit after printing, the optional Pro plan covers that, and it's compared honestly further down.

Feature Manifest · No. 0001
Privacy First (Client-Side) 100% Local
Codes are generated by JavaScript locally on your device. Your sensitive data (WiFi passwords, crypto addresses, personal notes) is never sent to our servers.
100% Permanent Forever
We create Static QR Codes. The data is written into the image pattern itself, so there is no redirect server that can be switched off and nothing to renew.
Full Customization Included
Upload your Logo, pick Colors, dot and corner Shapes, add a Frame with a call to action, and choose the error-correction level.
Export Formats 5 Formats
PNG and WebP for screens, and SVG vectors for design tools and print. PDF and EPS hold a 2,000-pixel image. SVG scales from a business card to a billboard without blurring.
No Scan Limits Unlimited
A static code is read directly by the phone, so nothing counts or caps the scans. Scan it once or a million times.
QR Types Supported 50 Types
From URLs, WiFi and vCards to payment codes (EPC/SEPA, UPI, PIX), crypto addresses, app links, 2FA setup keys and GS1 Digital Link. See every type.

Which free QR tools come with QuickQRC?

Making a code is only half the job. These tools help you check it before it goes to print, and make sense of codes other people hand you. None of them need an account, and all run in your browser except the security scanner, which sends the link you check to our server and Google Safe Browsing.

Check a code before you print it

  • QR code validator: re-reads your code under simulated print and scan conditions and tells you which ones it fails.
  • Scannability tester: stress-tests a code with blur, glare, low light, damage and curved surfaces.
  • Contrast checker: confirms your custom colors leave enough contrast for phone cameras.
  • Blur QR code: finds and hides the QR codes in a photo, then checks none of them still scans.
  • Mockup placer: drop your code onto a photo of a flyer, menu or package to judge size and placement.

Work with codes in bulk or for campaigns

  • Bulk generator: up to 1,000 codes from a CSV file, downloaded as one ZIP.
  • UTM builder: tag a link for your analytics, then turn it into a QR code in one step.

Check codes you didn't make

  • Online scanner: read a code with your camera or from an uploaded image.
  • Payload decoder: see exactly what a code contains without opening it.
  • Security scanner: check a code's link against Google Safe Browsing and warning signs before you visit it.

Do you need a static code or a dynamic one?

Most people need a static code: the content is fixed, and it works forever. A dynamic code points to a short link on our server, so you can change the destination after printing and see scan statistics. That's what QuickQRC Pro is for.

Feature Free static code Pro dynamic code
Cost Free, forever A free tier, then paid plans (see pricing)
Account Not needed Needed
Change the destination after printing No, make a new code Yes
Scan statistics No, nothing passes through us Time, country, city, device
Where your content lives Only in the code itself On our server, so it can be edited
If you stop paying Nothing to stop Printed codes keep working

Questions about QuickQRC features

Yes. Every feature listed for the generator and the free tools is free, with no account, no expiry and no watermark. Only dynamic codes, which you can edit after printing, need QuickQRC Pro, and Pro has a free tier of its own.

A static code from QuickQRC will not. The content is stored in the pattern itself, so it keeps scanning as long as the printed code is readable. It only stops being useful if the thing it points to, such as a web page, goes offline.

Yes. Upload a logo in the Design step and the generator raises error correction so the code still scans with part of the pattern covered. Run the result through the QR code validator before printing to be sure.

Use PNG for websites, slides and messages. Use SVG when a designer or printer will place the code in artwork, because a vector stays sharp at any size. PDF and EPS hold a 2,000-pixel image, which suits most print up to about 17 cm across.

Yes. The generator runs in your browser and the password is never sent to our servers. Keep in mind that anyone who scans the printed code can read the password, so place it where only guests you trust can see it.
