A GS1 Digital Link turns a product's identifiers into a web URL, so a single QR code can send a shopper to product information and still carry the GTIN data a point-of-sale system needs. It is the format behind GS1 Sunrise 2027, the industry move to replace traditional 1D UPC/EAN barcodes with 2D codes on retail packaging.

This generator builds the URL. Enter the GTIN (Application Identifier 01) and, if you need them, a batch/lot (10), a serial number (21), and an expiry date (17, as YYMMDD). Point the code at id.gs1.org — the neutral GS1 resolver — or at your own brand domain if you operate a resolver that redirects shoppers to your product pages.

The result is a plain HTTPS URL in GS1's canonical path format, generated entirely in your browser. Test any Digital Link code thoroughly against your scanners and resolver before committing it to a print run.
